Admission and charges

General admission is free unless the organiser explicitly announces a later change. Camping, rooms, food and drink are paid separately.

Camping and rooms

Camping and rooms are subject to availability and require direct confirmation from the pub. Clicking a phone link does not reserve accommodation.

Pre-booked camping and room guests may arrive from midday on Friday 28 August 2026 and should leave by midday on Monday 31 August 2026. Extra nights before or after the weekend must be mentioned during booking and paid for separately.

Entertainment

Each evening has its own fancy-dress and disco theme. The full programme may change; check official updates before travelling.

Food and drink brought from elsewhere

Food and drink brought from elsewhere must not be consumed in the pub, marquee, outside seating or other event areas. Guests with a pre-booked camping pitch may consume their own food and drink at that pitch only. Free admission is funded by the pub. Visitors with an essential medical or dietary requirement should contact the pub before travelling.

Parking

Day visitors should use the gravel areas on the right as they enter. Only vehicles connected with a pre-booked pitch may enter or park in camping areas. If the gravel parking is full, use the approach lane only where parking is legal and safe, pull fully to the side and leave clear access for emergency vehicles and large motorhome or car-and-caravan combinations.

Camping rules

Open fires and firepits are not permitted. Raised, off-the-ground barbecues are permitted at booked pitches. Campers must leave no trace, respect the site and keep pitches clean and tidy. Follow staff and fire-safety instructions.

Riverside venue

The venue is beside the River Severn. Follow event signage and staff directions near riverbank areas.

Responsible enjoyment

Please enjoy alcohol responsibly. Drinking is not required to enjoy the festival.
