2025: where it started
The first Lower Lode Inn Oktoberfest brought Bavarian bunting, colourful lighting, entertainment and dancing to the riverside venue over the August Bank Holiday.

Lower Lode Inn Oktoberfest
The inaugural event arrived in 2025 with blue-and-white decorations, a brightly lit DJ setup, festival outfits, large glasses and visitors dancing beneath the marquee lights. It established the friendly, informal atmosphere that the annual Lower Lode Inn Oktoberfest is carrying forward.
