Arrival and departure

If you have pre-booked a camping pitch or room directly with the pub, you may arrive from midday on Friday 28 August 2026. Overnight guests should leave by midday on Monday 31 August 2026.

You may arrive a day or more earlier or stay longer, subject to availability. Mention the extra night or nights when booking and pay the additional accommodation charge.

A confirmed campsite booking is required before arrival. Do not arrive expecting a pitch without one.

Keep the riverside site safe

Camping rules

  • No open fires or firepits.
  • Raised, off-the-ground barbecues are permitted at booked pitches.
  • Your own food and drink may be consumed at your booked pitch only, not in the pub or event areas.
  • Only vehicles connected with a pre-booked pitch may enter or park in the camping areas.
  • Leave no trace. Respect the site and keep your pitch clean and tidy.

Follow staff directions and any additional fire-safety instructions given during your stay.
